before applying. Upon receipt and approval of your application you will receive a confirmation email. Once you are approved, your e-form will be considered as valid as a paper contract. E-form submissions will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver, in person, prior to setting up the day of the event.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive and email with our address, and payment instructions. Please do not pay until instructed to do so.
